Winchester - Home Extension
A large family home set to become even bigger, LPID was involved in this project during the pre-build stage right through to completion. Initially advising on space planning and an overall interior ‘vision’ for this ‘whole-house’ renovation, right through to individual room design for the high-spec bedrooms and bathrooms.
With everything set for a refresh LPID directed the key material palette choices across the entire 2 floors including the new wing which would allow for a new Principle Suite, large family kitchen and dining room along with a new utility, play room and new bathrooms. LPID applied a modern but classic style with decorative herringbone flooring, timeless panelled details and soft neutral hues and textures to the interior finishes.
